Christine Steiner works with creative and arts-related businesses on a wide range of internal management issues and agreements. As a former in-house counsel of large and diverse organizations, she is experienced in negotiating contracts, building strategic alliances, and drafting and managing business relationships.

She negotiates and drafts non-disclosure, non-compete and or non-solicitation agreements; licensing agreements for a variety of products or property; employment and independent contractor agreements; and service agreements of all types.

She works with established professionals to determine corporate form, manage appropriate filings, and secure registration and maintenance of business requirements in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

She emphasizes efficient solutions for business clients, and maintains long-term relationships with them. She works closely with established companies to maintain or modify corporate structures; develop intellectual property protection programs; and create or modify internal business practices, communications policies or documentation procedures.
